We just arrived at the airport and are having some Mickey d’s for breakfast. I love the sausage mcgriddles! The doughy pancake-maple syrup bun is the best! Steven likes the egg mcmuffin more but honestly, mcgriddles bun »> English muffins. Sigh
Having stayed up all night is taking its toll on our bodies, even though I technically napped twice throughout the day. Steven didn’t nap at all but his eyes are crazy bloodshot (he claims he feels fine). I can’t wait to board our flight at 9am and sleep the whole way to CR.
The path to EWR is a little more convoluted than to JFK or LGA, but the airport’s a lot nicer than what either of us expected (hello, NJ?). We might fly out of here more often! It’s a cheaper commute than to JFK, damn the $5 AirTran ride.
